I'm a Biostatistics PhD student in the MRC Biostatistics Unit at the University of Cambridge. Together with my supervisor Professor Sofía S. Villar, I work on the further development of response-adaptive randomisation (RAR) methods for clinical trials. 🧬
With every project, I strive to create a larger impact. Throughout my life I have supported many initiatives in different roles. At the beginning of the Corona pandemic I co-founded the initiative "Lern-Fair" which provides less privileged school children with free tutoring lessons. Moreover, I volunteer for “Experiment e.V.” to facilitate intercultural relations and support international students during international exchanges 🤝 In the last year I served elected president at Emmanul College, Cambridge. I was the representative of all postgraduate students at Emmanuel College, organised many welfare/career events with my committee aiming to make the MCR an even more inclusive and welcoming place.
Intercultural relations and languages are my passion. I love making new friends around the world 🌍🇩🇪🇬🇧🇪🇸🇨🇳
